L-Glutamine has also been shown to be essential for healthy immune function and digestive health. Glutamine regulates azotus transportation to and from the muscles, promoting the balance of aminoacids in the body. Although the human body can compose gluatmin, supplemental quantities could be useful in cases of exercise stress due to stenous muscle expenditure.
